    Canned Tuna

    Eating too much of canned Tuna can result in higher mercury levels which may cause vision problems, impaired speech, muscle weakness and lack of coordination.     Oranges & Tomatoes

    Oranges and tomatoes are highly acidic and eating too many of them can cause acid reflux. It is recommended that you don't eat more than two servings of oranges or tomatoes per day. People suffering from acid reflux should not eat them at all. Image Courtesy: Getty

    Lean Animal Protein

    Consuming too much of lean animal protein can be harmful for your health since it makes your body produce the hormone insulin-like growth factor, which promotes aging and increases the risk of cancer.
