Mix 1 tablespoon of amla juice with 1 cup of karela juice. Drink this mixture on daily basis for 2 months. This will help in reducing blood sugar levels in blood and urine. Eating bitter gourd (Karela) alone as a vegetable will also benefit. Make sure you remove the seeds before consuming karela.

Dalchini for Diabetes

A little touch of dalchini in food will help in curing diabetes, acidity and increases your appetite.

Use Curry Leaves

Take 10 curry leaves every morning with water for 3 months on daily basis and see the results.
