Aloe Vera

Aloe vera juice has an amazing ability to reduce inflammation and it provides quick relief from acidity. Take half a glass of ready-to-drink aloe vera juice right out of the bottle. You can also add it to your diet as it offers several health benefits too.


Mint leaves are also considered to be a popular natural remedy for acidity. Mint leaves should be chewed on an empty stomach early in the morning. This should be continued for a month for complete relief from acidity. You can also try drinking mint juice after a heavy meal. This will help you to digest your meal properly.

Cumin Seeds

Consumption of Indian gooseberry on a regular basis is very good for your stomach. It can effectively treat gastritis or burning sensation in the abdomen, peptic ulcers and piles. You can have amla with pure ghee daily.
