Fenugreek seeds can reduce fever when taken with lemon and honey as it known to provide nourishment to the body during an illness. Take two to three teaspoons of fenugreek seeds along with lemon and honey three times in a day to treat the fever.

Cholesterol

Fenugreek seeds are recommended remedy for balancing cholesterol levels. Several studies suggests that people who take about 2 ounces of fenugreek seed each day have lower cholesterol levels thereby less risk of a heart disease.
