Eggs contain true proteins that are essential for stronger and thicker hair. Depending on the length of your hair, take one or two eggs and beat them in a bowl. Fenugreek Seeds

Fenugreek seeds are an age-old trick to prevent hair fall and they therefore, help one to have thicker, longer hair. Amla, as it is popularly known in India, is known for its anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-bacterial, and exfoliating properties. These attributes enable it to give us a healthy scalp and better hair growth. Boil one tablespoonful of dried amla with two tablespoonfuls of coconut oil; strain the oil and massage your scalp with it before going to bed. Shampoo your hair as usual in the morning.
