For a taller body, you need to have healthy and strong bones.  So, in order to grow taller, you should make the most out of your growth spurts and provide essential nourishment to your body to keep growing. The best way to do this is to ensure a proper diet which includes all the essential vitamins and minerals. However, several studies have suggested that eating food rich in just one vitamin won’t help you much in growing taller. You need to have different vitamins and minerals in varying amounts for proper development. Include these vitamins in your diet to boost your height.

When a person does not get required vitamin D dosage, his bones and teeth become weak. You may meet your daily vitamin D requirements by exposing yourself to small amounts of sunlight. Apart from this, you can include vitamin D rich foods in your diet such as milk, tomatoes, citrus fruits, potatoes and cauliflower. Including required amount of vitamin D in your diet will help you achieve the height you are destined to reach genetically.
