Remove Make-up Completely

We understand that you feel tired after returning late night from a  party and the last thing you want is to remove that makeup from your skin. But you should understand that chemicals in the make-up can harshly affect your skin and result in whiteheads. Clean your face with cleansing milk that suits your skin type and then wash it off with cold water. In case your skin is highly sensitive and market-bought products don’t suit it, you can also cleanse it with almond or coconut oil. Don’t forget to finish this routine off with a moisturiser.

Don’t Fidget with Your Face

Our hands need something to fondle with and that is why they are the most involved parts of our body to come in contact with the germs directly. And by touching your face with dirty hands, you allow bacterial growth and hence, the whitehead outbreak on it. Keep them off your face and always wash them before washing your face with them.
