All kinds of berries are rich in vitamin C and fiber including strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, etc. one cup of blackberry contains 7 grams of fiber (approximately), making it perfect for detoxifying the body of its toxins. 

You can crush the berries, mix it with water and let it sit for half-an-hour and drink the juice. You can eat them with oats or simple have their juice.
