  • To make fennel tea, first of all, add 2 cups of water to the tea pan. 
  • Now you add 2 teaspoons of fennel seeds and let these seeds boil. 
  • After boiling water for 3-4 minutes, add 3-4 mint leaves and boil for another 2-3 minutes. 
  • Now, remove the pan from the gas and strain the tea. 
  • You can add honey and lemon juice to enhance taste and then enjoy this tea.
