In a person suffering from type 2 diabetes, weight gain causes numerous health disorders.

Exercising is good for people suffering from type 2 diabetes, but they should take the following precautions while exercising.

  • People having type 2 diabetes develop heart infections faster, so it’s advisable for them toconsult their doctor before starting the exercises.
  • Keep a record of your glucose level before and after the exercise.
  • Strenuous exercises are not at all recommended for people suffering from type 2 diabetes. So don’t ever try to do them.


Exercise is a very natural and effective way of keeping a control on type 2 diabetes. It will give you prolonged and definite results.
