    Do not expect your doctor to prescribe you medication that will help you heal in just a day’s time. It is very important for patients with depression to realise that the journey is hard and slow, but with promises of wellness by the end of it. You may live through days of self-questioning as well as despair, but do not be dejected and put t treatment away when you are halfway through it.

    Make a List of Things troubling you out of Depression

    Jot down all that annoys you excluding depression. These could be unpaid bills, lost transactions, a tough job or the inability to go out for a vacation. After you have put them down, write practical steps that can help you deal with them better. For example, you could request your friends to plan a trip to someplace you have been yearning to go or look for a new job.
