Date Ice cream Recipe

Pull up your socks this winter and cherish the warm sun rays on your breakfast table. Absolutely delicious, watch children lick the last drops of it from the mug!

 

Key Ingredients: 6-7 dates (de-seeded), 2 cups of plain thick yoghurt, ¼ cup of mineral water, 1 tablespoon of orange pulp concentrate,1 large banana (peeled), 1 tablespoon of honey, 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence

 

Boil the dates in water till they become tender. Let it cool down and refrigerate it for a while. Till then, blend the remaining ingredients in the blender for 20 seconds or so. Serve it immediately with crushed ice!

 

Nutri-check: Dates are rich in iron! Feel the warmth of the sunrise and the chill of the winter in the drink! A great way to kick-start your day!
