Sauté onion and ginger in refined oil till it turns slightly brown. Add the remaining ingredients and muddle well. When it hardens a bit, form them into coins, relatively bigger than that; what we call as tikkis. Dust them in cornflour and fry it in oil. Garnish it with salad and lime juice and serve!
