Especially, school-going children are prone to anxiety more than adults. The low state of mind and vulnerability have become very common among teenagers. Many parents worry about their kids and try to find a solution to this problem. However, a lot of guardians are not able to figure out if their child has an anxiety disorder or not. Well, children don't usually realise if they are feeling differently sad or anxious. Sometimes, it's nothing but just some fears and insecurities triggering their minds at this age.
