You can also crunch on a few raw nuts. However, be sure of a couple of things. First, you need to get ample sleep on friday night and second, you need to avoid stress and anxiety during the detox. So, keep your weekend free for yourself. Working while detoxifying may have a negative impact on your detox program.

Detox will help remove all the impure substances from your body so that your body finds itself in normal conditions. The organs will not be under any unwanted and harmful stress. Switch to a completely vegetarian diet to keep yourself healthy.
