Bloating can be prevented and avoided. If the condition is acute then certain home remedies can be followed to reduce the effects of the condition. However, if the condition has been prevailing for a long period of time, then professional help will be suggested.

Ayurveda, an ancient healing science has solutions to overcome the situation and that too in the most natural way possible. Ayurveda says that our kitchen has the answer to all our health issues. As per this holistic science, Agni (fire) is the source of life. Indigestion, bloating, acid reflux or be it constipation, Ayurveda has it all secured and protected. The harmful foods that we eat, the chemicals that get inside the body does not allow the food to get properly digested which in turn forms residues inside the body known as ‘ama’ (toxins). This further aggravates the condition and leads to conditions like bloating.
