The Human Body tends to lose the ability to retain the goodness of foods with increasing age and reducing acid in the stomach. These visible changes can be spotted in the ’40s thus, it is imperative that people must start consuming healthy foods in their mid-30s to delay these signs.

We often advise calcium supplements to people in the late 30’s. Calcium is proven to keep the bones healthy and is known to be the building blocks of bones.   • Indulge in greater exercising and outdoor activities as they shall keep the person fit and healthy. Brisk walking is always a good option.
