It helps in producing adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and cyclic adenosine monophosphate (CAMP) molecules that help in relaxing bronchial muscle tissue. Vitamin B6 can be found in a range of foods including bananas, spinach, tuna, etc.


Vitamin C and E


Vitamin C and E contain strong antioxidant properties which neutralise the free radicals. Free radicals are the molecules that block the airway muscles. Vitamin C is also known to reduce the histamine chemical in the body, which is one of the major causes of inflammation troubles in the asthmatics. Vitamin E is another important antioxidant that can help to reduce asthma symptoms such as breathlessness and coughing. Increase Intake of Omega-3 Fats
