Some supplements that can help you to lower your blood pressure include:

Alpha-linolenic acid (ALA)

Alpha-linolenic acid is popular used to prevent and treating heart conditions and blood vessels. It is found to very effective in preventing heart attacks, lowering high blood pressure, lowering cholesterol, and reverse atherosclerosis. Not enough is known yet to be able to rate alpha-linolenic acid’s effect on high cholesterol.

Blond psyllium

Taking blond psyllium by mouth, alone or in combination with soy protein can help lower blood pressure in adults.


Calcium is a key tool in preventing hypertension (high blood pressure) or lowering it if your blood pressure is already elevated.


According to studies cocoa intake can also lower blood pressure and reduce death risk. Cocoa conatin natural compunds called flavanols that may be the reason behind it.
