Almond and Honey Milk recipe

Almond and Honey Milk that is prepared with a good recipe can surely shrug off the chill in the air and increase the calcium content of bones as well.

 Almond Honey Retreat Shrug off the chill in the air as you snuggle into your woollens along with a warm glass of almond-honey milk. You will certainly feel refreshed till you reach the bottom of your glass!


Key Ingredients: ¼ teaspoon of cardamom seeds (grounded), ¼ cup of overnight soaked almonds (grated the following day), 2 cups of skimmed milk, 3 tablespoons of honey.


Mix the grounded cardamom seeds and the almond paste well. Pour it in the blender along with the remaining ingredients, except honey. Next, pour it out in a sauce pan and boil it. Now, add honey to it and stir it well until t dissolves completely. Pour it into mugs and serve!
