Money or passion

Rather go for something that interests you.

Ask yourself and make a list of the things that make you a happy and a better person. After getting a list ready, try and surround yourself with those things. Those things could be anything like an activity, hobby and what not. Surround yourself with things that make you happy. The idea is to stay joyful and an eternally happy person is a better human being. Researches validate the fact that people who are happy are most likely to be humble and nice to other as compared to the people who aren’t that happy and joyous.

What are the things that you are good at?

Make a list of things that you are good at and make another list of activities that you are not good at. Focus on the activities that you are good at and think whether these activities could contribute to your personal growth. Now see, whether all those things that you are not good at hampers your future in any way.

Is your company doing you any good?

What kind of people you hang out with? Majority of your future depends upon the people you hang out with. If today you are hanging out with people that are least ambitious and every now discourage you from doing the thing that you believe in, higher are the chances that you never make it your goal. Company matters a lot.

Where do you see yourself after 20 years?

This is the most essential thing you need to ask yourself. Where do you see yourself after 20 or 30 years? And then buckle up and start working towards that goal.

People say that life is short but the truth is life is the longest thing you could ever get. You get 70 years and 100, if you are lucky enough. You get enough time to decide a destination and be there before you die. Take a stand, start with small steps and you can have the future that you visualize.
