Talking about bodily changes, there is a variety a woman goes through due to changes in her hormone cycles and other physiological and psychological issues. Hair around Nipple

This can be unusual for some people, and most women choose to keep quiet about it. This could also be a cause of embarrassment for a few women during sexual intimacy. But it is for all the women to know that growth of hair around nipples is entirely normal during puberty, menopause or pregnancy when hormonal changes are at their peak.

Excessive Vaginal Discharge

This is a common problem which women often fail to tell which one's standard and which one's serious. However, one thing to always remember is that any issue related to your lady parts could be an indication of much serious trouble, which should not be neglected.

Heavy Bleeding during Menstrual Cycle

Heavy bleeding or longer than usual menstrual cycle is a medical condition called hypermenorrhea, which many women experience. It is usually caused by a noncancerous tumour called fibroids that grow on the uterus walls. There are other health conditions like hormonal problems, endometriosis and blood clotting disorders that can also lead to heavy bleeding.

Facial Hair

Many women experience the trouble of having excessive hair growth on their face. However, this problem can take a severe form in women who suffer from major hormonal fluctuations or hormonal disorders.

Urinary Incontinence

This is for all the women out there! Every woman at some point in her life experiences loss of bladder control. It is nothing to be embarrassed about. In India, urinary incontinence occurs when one does certain activities such as coughing, sneezing or exerting. It happens in almost 73 per cent of women.

Vaginal Changes

Just like any other organ of your body, the vagina also changes with age. In some women, the vagina may get a bit loose just after two years of sex, which may be accompanied by issues like decreased libido, dryness in the vaginal region and pain during intercourse.
