Beat the Monday blues or simply kill the morning madness with this date shake and see yourself spring back in action!

 

Key Ingredients: 2 cups of skimmed milk, 7 de-seeded dates, ½ teaspoon of vanilla essence, ½ cup of shredded coconut

 

Blend all the ingredients well in the blender and serve in round earthen mugs or khullars!

 

Nutri-check: It is an excellent digestive drink and high on energy. Coconut is rich in proteins and Vitamin A & B.
