Many women travel while pregnant. In general travelling in pregnancy can be safe, but there are certain precautions that must be taken. Travel should not affect the baby in the initial stage because it is protected in the bony cage. However, in advance stages traveling should be avoided on bumpy roads, or in buses, autos etc. They can travel by air, train or in smooth car journeys. The radiations while security checks at the airport are not hazardous because the amounts of radiations are very less.
