Knee down on the floor and place your palms flat on the floor under your shoulders. Before you begin make sure that your chest remains in centre of your hands and above the floor. Bend your elbows outwards as you go down. Inhale as you go down and exhale as you come up. While doing so always make sure that your back remains straight and your stomach is tight. You can keep your ankles on the floor or can even cross them
