Natarajasana yoga pose for kids. To begin, stand on a mat then slowly shift the body weight onto the left leg and lift your right feet off the ground. Now, take your right hand behind your back to hold the thumb of the right leg and slowly try pulling it closer to the shoulders. It will cause the torso to bend. Remain in this position for some time and then repeat the same with the other leg.
