Try and see what kind of perception you have about the thing that is stressing you. Most of the times we feel vulnerable from inside, but by handling that situation you can manage stress. Secondly, when you feel something is unjust than learn to take a stance. Thirdly find out some activity that you find is meaningful and you enjoy doing that activity.
