A gradual weight loss program, where around only 1 Kg of weight is lost in a week, can be considered as healthy. There should not be a drastic change in the meal pattern. Calorie rich foot should be replaced by nutrition rich food like low calorie fruits, salads, sprouts, steamed corn and coconut water. Cooking pattern can also be changed.
