Bicep curl exercise is done to build muscles of the upper arms. , Jason Mccready, master trainer , shows how to perform bicep curl. Take the weight in your hands, stand straight/upright with legs wide as per your shoulders width. Your arms should be straight and held forward. Raise both your arms at the same time to touch your shoulders. Breathe out when you take your arms downward and breathe in while curling them upward. You can also raise your arms one-by-one. To bring the desired results, perform 15 repetitions of this exercise daily.
