To do the cable rowing back toning exercise, sit on a chair with the back in an upright position. Pull the cable attachment closer to your waist while simultaneously pulling the shoulders back and pushing the chest forward. Breathe out as you pull the cable and breathe in as you release it. Ensure that your hands are straight and shoulders wide when you release the cable. Repeat as long as you can.
