Cable Crunch is an effective exercise for strengthening your abs. You will need the cable equipment of the gym to practice it. Pay careful attention to the way you should hold the cable and how to go about bending involved in the workout. Be particularly careful about lowering the cable rope until your hands are next to your face. The tension on your abs while performing this exercise should be constant throughout the duration of it, and the weights should not be so heavy that your lower back gets injured. You also need to be careful about your breath when performing this workout as there are specific moments for inhales and exhales.
