1 tbsp olive oil, 1 tbsp chopped onion, 2 tsp red wine vinegar, 1/2 tsp honey, 4 cups mixed baby greens, fresh herbs (basil, parsley, or tarragon), pit removed and sliced, 1 peach, 1 ounce soft goat cheese.
Now, toss first four ingredients in a bowl then add rest of the ingredients. Top with black pepper.
1 tbsp olive oil, 2 tbsp cider vinegar, 1 tsp sugar, 1/2 tsp salt-free herb blend, Pepper, to taste, 1 large cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced, 1/2 red onion thinly sliced.
Mix first five ingredients in a bowl and then add the rest of the stuff. Serve Fresh.
1 1/2 Cherry Tomatoes, cut in half, 1 Fresh Mozzarella, Large cube, 1/2 Fresh Basil Leaves chopped, 1 1/2 Tbsp Olive Oil, 4 tbsp Vinegar.
Mix all the ingredients together, and then refrigerate for about an hour and serve cold.
1 zested and juiced lemon (use one tsp), ½ bunch cilantro or 1 bunch parsley, leaves only, chopped, ½ cup fat-free Greek yogurt, ¼ tsp black pepper
5-6 cups cubes of seedless watermelon, 2 stalks of sliced celery, 1 thinly sliced red onion, ¼ tsp black pepper, 2 tbsp of crumbled feta cheese
Take a small bowl and mix all the dressing together. Now toss in all the rest of the salad ingredients with the dressing.
3 cups of mixed salad greens, 2 tbsp homemade vinaigrette, 3 ounces of chopped sautéed chicken breast, 1/4 cup of finely chopped onion, 1/4 cup berries, 5 or 6 walnuts
Toss all ingredients with the dressing in a large bowl. Serve fresh.
