    Keep your weight in check

    Its normal to gain weight during pregnancy and you are supposed to plan your diet accordingly in order to have a healthy pregnancy. While weight gain is both common and natural when you are pregnant, but that doesn’t mean that you should go overboard by eating for two. What most pregnant women do not know or realise is that putting on excess weight increases the chances of preeclampsia and gestational diabetes, both of which can cause preterm labour.
